I had a rattling under my car that I wanted checked out. I didn't have a reliable place to take it to so I looked on yelp. SO GLAD I choose South Street Auto in Rochester. These guys are so easy to work with. They offered me a free rental car to use while they looked at it so I could go do my errands (this is something I believe they do for every customer). Within the timeframe they quoted me my car was finished. It was an easy quick fix and they took care of it at no charge. They will be getting all our business from now on!

Quick and affordable

I had 4 tires on my car replaced. I had an appointment for lunchtime, however I could not make it in due to getting swamped. When I called to let them know, the staff was totally understanding and told me if I made it by a certain time later that day, I could have them done within an hour. I did make it there, and the service was excellent.

Stopped in on Saturday for an oil change, didn't know you needed an appointment. First guy said he could schedule one on Monday, another one said we've got a couple hoists open, let's do it now. Was going to another place if they couldn't do it then. Thanks for the service!

Very friendly, honest and finished my car in a timely fashion. Even got a free popsicle! :)
