I have used South Street Auto for 13 years now for every repair on my 2003 Jeep Liberty (since factory warranty expired). This shop and these technicians have always done an excellent job at fair prices. All work is warranted as well. Most recent service on my 20 year old Jeep was this week ; great job as usual; and they continue to keep the Liberty going strong at 170,000 miles .

Had some issues with my vehicle not starting and called south street. They were able to look at it next day and kept me updated on its status throughout the entire process. The update calls were greatly appreciated and kept me in the know. Thanks to their loaner car program I didn’t have to worry about finding alternative transportation while my vehicle was getting serviced. Special thanks to Drake.

Last minute oil change for my sons car and got me in and done quick!

Service was good, however, at vehicle pick-up I could not leave with my vehicle until two cars that were blocking my exit from the parking space were moved. Took about 15 minutes to get this done.

The staff was very good at keeping me updated on issues with my car, and called me daily to review what they found & what they recommended.

I was able to receive an appointment in a timely manner and my car was serviced while I waited. Additional checks were done and my brakes were found to need service which was done by the end of the day. Service contact personnel were professional and cooperative.

Steve started the process out great with a positive phone experience . The staff kept me informed and the use of the loaner car really helped.
