I brought my car in to South Street auto because the transmission blew out. They found me a rebuilt transmission, but after was installed it was bad. The company they worked with provided a remanufactured transmission for just a few dollars more. I was very pleased with the way they handled the problem, the whole time they provided me a rental car.

FANTASTIC PLACE!!! My daughter took her car there for an oil change, it was done when they said it would be and they explained everything to her and didn't make her feel dumb. A few days later, her check engine light came on, she started to freak out, I told her to take it back to them and have them check it out. They checked it out for her and re-assured her that everything with the engine was fine, she got bad gas and that was all it was. She was very nervous and they were very patient with her and explained everything to her again. This will be her go to place from now on. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Excellent service. Diagnosed what needed to be done, was repaired, and could pick up car at end of day. Also had a free loaner car for the day. No hassle. Professional and friendly people. Got me on my way ASAP.
