You should consider waiving the inspection fee if the customer has the repair done at your facility. It will build better customer loyalty.

Stopped in for an oil change, cabin air filter, tire rotation and balancing; thought I'd have to wait for HOURS. But NO. Although the shop was busy and phones were ringing continually, I was treated courteously and professionally; and my auto was completed in less than an hour. This is a great place to go for your automobile needs.

I've been to this facility previously as well as my recent visit. Each time I've been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff at the front desk and with the honesty, quality of the work performed on my vehicles. Even though I moved further away from South Street Auto, I'll still make the trip if I need service.

They are very nice and friendly, there costumer service is Beyond great. I would recommend for any car service with them.
