South Street Auto Care was referred to us being new to the area. Very happy with the fast service, and was given a car to use for the short time my car was in the shop.

Overall great experience! Brett did a terrific job of explaining to me in detail everything that was wrong with my car and was honest with me about what I needed to get serviced and what could wait until next time. Plus, I did not experience the stress of having a car "in the shop" for even a moment, all thanks to their loaner cars they have available. At South Street Auto Care they care about your car, but more importantly they care about you!

Best shop in the area. The customer service was outstanding and they explained all of my repairs very clearly. The prices are competitive and fair, and they got the job done in excellent time. It's hard to find a shop who provides roadside assistance AND a 2 year warranty on parts. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was very happy with the service I received from them, they are all very friendly and helpful, and having the free loaner car helped tremendously! I was very impressed with their level of professionalism as well. They kept me updated every step of the way and even got my car fixed ahead of schedule.

The only thing this place has going for them is the free loaner. I brought my car here several times for the same problem. Each time they supposedly fixed the issue and happily took my money only for me to return in a few days with the same problem. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars and stuck with a car that still doesn't run. Clearly their mechanics don't know what they are doing.
