I'm always happy with the service I get at South Street and the professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, when I brought my SUV in for an oil change last week, with a scheduled appointment, it was there for 2 1/2 hours! Much longer than they told me it would take! Disappointed.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY AND MY CAR DID NOT GET IN UNTIL LATE FRIDAY. I needed my car for a trip on Saturday. If my car had needed a major repair I would not have been able to make my trip. I have never before not had service when it was promised. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence. It all worked out well in the end.

Never like taking the car into the shop; but you guys are the best. The overall experience was great.

Very long story about my 20-year-old Landrover, but South Street Auto could have charged me a very large fee for the work that they did, some of which was originally thought to be warranty work. In the end, the bill was more than reasonable; far, far more than reasonable; and far, far lower than they could have charged and better than I expected. And they did it all without being asked. They just did it. You don't see that too often nowadays.

This is the best, most amazingly great place to take your car for repair ever! This time I had a greenish puddle under my car, (not AC drainage) they checked it out, found nothing wrong, even gave me a loaner, and no charge! This place should get 10 stars!
