I am confused about coupons. South Street sends me coupons and I appreciate them. But,when it comes to using them, I can only use one per visit. This is what Logan of South Street told me. My question is what if I come in say 3 separate days vs one day for 3 serparate things done. Couldn't I use a coupon for every day. i.e. let's say I had brakes done on Monday, Tune up on Tuesday, and radiator flush on Wednesday. And let's say I had a coupon for each one. So if I come in Monday,Tuesday , and Wednesday I could use a coupon each day. But, if I have all this done in one day, I can only use one coupon. I don't get it.

Logan, the service advisor, went out of his way to help. An obsolete suspension bolt was needed for my old (2001) car. Area dealers were contacted and a suitable substitute was found. My questions were answered and the work was done well at a fair price. Thank you!

Always good work, professional.

Brought F150 in for hard breaks, had the vehicle for over a week, when returned breaks were still hard. Took vehicle back in and was told I needed additional front break components. Very expensive fix and not willing to negotiate price. Break peddle is still hard. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

As always friendly and informative service. I was having tire pressure light problems. They identified the problem quickly and let me know what the problem was and the cost before they fixed it. They also took the opportunity to do some preventative maintenance work which saved me another trip later. Great work ethic!

I have been taking my vehicles for servicing to them. They are very reliable and do a good job and in a timely manner.
