I never have to worry about my car after I take it here. Took it in for an oil change before a drive to Florida....car behaved beautifully, even got up to 31 mpg! To me that indicates that my car is in top condition. Thanks South Street Auto Care!

As a first-time customer I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate service and use of a loaner car, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend South St Auto Care & will certainly return again. Fast, courteous & helpful service. And the car's humming along nicely!

The are always friendly. The service was a little slower than usual, but I understand they were down one man . . .

Just a few weeks after South Street replaced one of my tires I realized it had a slow leak. I took my car back to the shop and they found and fixed the problem within an hour - didn't even charge me for labor since it was still under warranty. Product defects are a reality in every industry but it's nice to know I'll have friendly, prompt service when they happen to my car. One of the service reps even offered to buy me lunch while I waited...can't get any better than that.

Awesome service. My husband usually takes the cars in for service and this was my first time. This was a great experience and they even helped me to understand warranty care, routine care that needed to be done and sent pictures to my email. They called to confirm that the care was still under warranty and made things easy for follow up care. Thanks for treating me with respect and explaining things to me. My experiences in the past at other places have not been this way, and very intimidating. You guys are great, and now I am looking forward to hearing " I told you so" from my husband! Thanks for the care and honesty you gave me.

additional problems with the car are explained before that work is done with the car owners permission; having loaner cars available are a big plus for those short on time.
