Seems like you left arm doesn't know what the right does . You suggest to me to change timing belt in my car, however you're already did that repair 5000 miles ago. That make me question your ability suggest necessary repairs with the trust in your company.
You brought the car in for the timing belt last year, and now your daughter is driving the car. We did not, by an means, tell her or suggest to her that she needed a timing belt. We simply asked her if it had been done yet, her response was I don't know. We told her to check her records, and if it has not been done they are supposed to be replaced every 100,000 miles.
