Very professional. They answered all my questions, so that I had full understanding of what my car needed. It was done a day sooner than expected, which is always great! I also really appreciate that they have free loaner cars available while the work was being completed.

Thanks for servicing my car. The experience would be more positive if I didn't have to take my car back once to align the steering wheel position, and, twice because of a transmission oil leak that is plaguing my car for the last 2 Weeks. I will take my car today to jointly observe the source of the oil leak, which SSA believes coming from an oil spill during the service, that is seeping out of the front end structure onto my garsge floor. We'll see.

No matter how much or how little service is needed, my car is in good hands at South Street. They are the best!

Great service. Always feel confident if having our cars serviced here. Car was ready when promised. Just thought the oil change and tire rotation were a little high, even with a coupon. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating.
