I just went for oil change but I'm happy about their price and quality of service

This was my first interaction with this company. I called to schedule an oil change on a Tuesday afternoon, expecting to get an appointment on Thursday but they got me in within 20 minutes. They were all very professional and friendly. They inspected my car with the oil change and found a problem I knew had existed. There was an interesting event that happened while I was there which we all joked and laughed about. I will definitely do my business with this company.

Using South Street Auto was the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair facility. They explained everything they were going to do before hand and the final bill came in under the estimated repair cost. The free loaner car program was the best part. These are the only guys I've heard of that offer such a program and it was super easy. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Great service as always

I took my car to Belle Tire last week for a routine oil change — about 30 minutes after I sat down, one of the employees strolls over and hands me an estimate for $900 worth of work, barely explains it, and walks away... so I decided to make an appointment at South Street to get a second opinion. The technicians diagnosed the same issues but also found something Belle Tire had missed - leaking struts - and still quoted me $300 less for the job. I decided to get my front brake pads replaced and my fluid flushed and my bill came out at $900 for twice as much value. (And while Belle Tire *required* me to get a $70 wheel alignment, South Street said they'd do the same job for $33 but it wasn't necessary... so I kept my money!) The work was done in a day and the men who helped me were nothing but courteous and friendly. I would definitely come to South Street again.
