Since Robert's two bay repair service at Rochester and Tienken over 40 years ago, you guys have solved every problem imaginable. From chipmunk nests, bizarre electrical problems, and regular keep it running repairs, the vehicles got repaired. I send everybody to South Street. There is no better place, a major part of what makes Rochester a great city. Keep busy.

We had an emergency situation with my daughters car as she was driving to New York June 26. Brought her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turned out she also needed struts, water pump and other less serious repairs. Your team of service reps and technicians worked until almost 10pm to finish the job. This amount of service was so far above any reasonable amount. So many did so much to make this happen. A Super Hero’s Team! Daughter made her trip safely. Best customer service ever! Thank you all!!!
