JAKE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DIAGNOSING AND EXPLAINING THE CORRECTIONS NECESSARY FOR THE CONTROL ARMS OF MY HHR. One of the most important aspects to running a successful business is communication with your customers. Although I had to wait longer than I expected for my car to be repaired, the communication along the way explained the delay.

As the whole business I recommend any day!! The staff is very professional, friendly and very helpful! I love there communication when my car was being worked on! Daily calls to explain everything and make sure I agreed. I love that they also have two financial programs available that saved my behind and my car! Fast results and easy process!! The only negative thing.. I do love that they have free loaner cars available. I would of given 5 stars but the loaner car that was available at my time of service was in rough shape. It drove decent but rims were rusted, tires were worn out and thin, windshield was cracked, wiper blades worn down, dents and marks on outside and interior of car was pretty bad. Steering wheel was so worn it bent when I gripped to turn.. seats so worn I felt every spring.. It is a free loaner but Coming from a pretty nice automotive place, I expected to feel comfortable in the car, as I did not. Other than that experience I highly recommend!

Flawless work and customer service. They did a bunch of work on my car and did it very fast and gave me a loaner vehicle while I waited. Will definitely be going back to them with all of my car problems and maintenance!
