They did a grand job diagnosing and troubleshooting the issue and corrected it. Costs where as initially quoted and no surprises. Communication was on point and kept me appraised of the status of the investigation and repair.

I've used South Street Auto Care for 40 years, through their evolving name changes. They are the most honest, thorough & respectable service garage I've found. Though I've moved to two different towns, I still travel the distance to have our vehicles serviced with them. One time I took my vehicle to them, they took it apart, found the issue, put it back together, & sent me to a dealership because they said it would be a covered repair (out of warranty) - and South Street didn't charge me for their work. I knew this was the place for ALL my vehicle repairs! I've sent many people to this garage over the years, and NONE have been disappointed.

I am very pleased with the service I received for an oil leak and another minor problem. After checking the source of the leak it was determined to relate to previous work and covered by warranty. It is great to know I can take my vehicle to a competent, concerned and honest repair facility.

Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the car. Definitely will come back here rather than the dealership in the future!

Good service overall, except the glovebox looked like it had been ransacked with all the contents scattered in the car, likely looking for a wheel lock or something else

Awesome Service!! This is the second time we have had our van repaired at this shop and are happy that we found them and gave them a try. They do awesome work and take great care of your vehicle.. The one thing also that is great is they give you a loaner car if you need one for FREE.. Being seniors we have only 1 car and this help us a lot with not having to bother people. Great service! Updated me with calls about how it's going. Fixed brakes and suspension within a couple days. Highly recommend!
