My car a 2018 Ford Focus randomly started to shake at acceleration as well as top out at 45mph and not any faster. Turns out I was 2 quarts of oil over which had messed up my spark plugs as well as transmission oil being discovered within my coolant. I needed quite a few things done to get the car up and running and the staff at South Street Auto Care was more than willing to take on the challenge. In the meantime they sent me home with a free loaner vehicle so my life would not be inconvenienced. The staff are very welcoming and take the time to explain not only there findings but as well as the process they will be taking to resolve the issue and are open to any questions or concerns you may have. You want to leave your car in good hands? well me personally I felt like I left them in the perfect hands when landing here with this business. They care not only about finding a resolution but also about you. Thank you all for your help during this stressful time. My car feels brand new again after a visit with you.

The service tech Steve was great to work with. I thought the problem might be a failed alternator, but it turns out a belt blew, which was cheaper than the original estimate! He fixed my car in a few days, and I was back on the road. I took advantage of the free loaner car, which was a bonus. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend this place.
