Brian was the highlight of this experience. He is professional and attentive. John, the manager, was a complete Jerk. I wanted to share my experience regarding my interaction with John, however, I am still waiting on Kirk, the owner, to respond to my email and/or give me a call. It's disappointing as we have been faithful customers for years. It's remarkable how people are comfortable treating people so poorly. It is even more telling when there is not an avenue to express your concerns. Oh, and I waited for over a week for my repairs and my SUV is still not fixed.
