I was denied a ride from my home and I was charged for the inspection $95. They told me that they would hv waived the $95 if they had fixed my car. They fixed the brakes, they could not do anything else because they did not hv the parts. They did not apply thae $50 discount for the brakes as advertzed. I wonder if I have been treated so badly bcs I am old nd hv a foreign accent. In conclusion I feel mistreated and ridiculed .

The coupon is on your bill, in which you received $25.00 off of your brake work because only one axle was worked on. If both axles are worked on than you would have received $50.00 off. As for the testing with your air bag light, we did have a discussion at the counter that helped you find out that your vehicle had been in an accident. Many labor hours were spent to find out you have two separate issues with that system, this fee was warranted. As for the ride from home we do offer shuttle services and loaner cars, with one driver for the shuttle there may be a situation that occurs when i simply do not have enough staff to provide this. However I was not aware that we did not accomplish this for your recent visit and I do apologize for that. I am sorry that you felt mistreated, I felt when you left you were happy and had a clear understanding of all charges.
