I had an excellent experience at south street auto care. They were professional, on time and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They even offered me a free loaner car to use while my vehicle was in the shop.

Outstanding! As usual, service went off without a hitch. Sometimes the cost seems high, but as with most other things in life, you get what you pay for (if you’re lucky). Robert & Crew have been long time valued members of our Rochester community, and it has been a real pleasure to watch both Robert’s gas station and his auto repair facility grow and prosper. I had an electrical problem with my 2014 Jeep. All the warning lights came on and the automatic transmission shifted to manual. I left the vehicle with South Street and the gave me a loaner.After two days of testing the computer system the car would not repeat the fault. I picked up my vehicle and return if I have another issue. I was not given a bill and although they could not detect the fault, I was very pleased with the service and staff. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
