Very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Work was completed when promised after the situation was diagnosed. The use of a loaner vehicle was very VERY appreciated. However, my appt time was 8 am, but my car was not worked on until hours later. I would like to see my vehicle worked on shortly after my appt time (within 15 mins).

I really appreciated the way D accomplished services on my car, and made it possible for all repairs to be completed by the end of the day Friday. The new antenna looks great and is very much appreciated. Thanks for going the extra mile!
