Brought F150 in for hard breaks, had the vehicle for over a week, when returned breaks were still hard. Took vehicle back in and was told I needed additional front break components. Very expensive fix and not willing to negotiate price. Break peddle is still hard. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

As always friendly and informative service. I was having tire pressure light problems. They identified the problem quickly and let me know what the problem was and the cost before they fixed it. They also took the opportunity to do some preventative maintenance work which saved me another trip later. Great work ethic!

I had my 2016 mini van towed in to South Street after talking to one of your reps. That was on Thursday, Nov. 19 about 8:42 in the morning. About 9:45, Byers towing showed up to tow my van to you. The driver said "Is this going to South Street Auto" and I said yes. HE said I know exactly where it is. He left about 10am from my house. About 4pm that day I called you to see what the status on my van was. Your guy said "hold on, I don't see you on the board here. Are you sure your van was towed here?" I said yes and the driver knew exactly where to go. He said "let me check." He came back 5 minutes later and said "your van is not here. I checked the lot twice. There's only 1 van here and the guy is waiting for it. You (meaning me) should call the towing company." I called Byers towing and the driver said he left it right in the middle of the lot next to a Honda. Now I'm getting worried. Where is my van??? Just then you called me on the other line and said "your van is here. We found it in the lot." How could your guy check the lot twice and not see my van???
