Brian is always trying to sell me something and was cold toward my wife when she came in to pick up the vehicle.

Starting off Rob provided kind service over the phone. Upon arriving Drake assisted me from beginning to end providing me with information and the best options. The environment was very professional yet laid back and inviting. I even got a piece of cake! This was my first time time here. If I ever need service again I know where I'm going. Highly recommend.

Service was prompt, efficient, and warm on a cold winter day. Recommended services not performed this visit but offered, were patiently explained, with clues to relative importance as to reason for that immediate attention, reasons and symptoms of service ommission explained in full by knowledgeable staff. I shall return, and I recommend south street to others looking for car care, based upon my experience this visit. I felt comfortable with their care and thorough work.

Got me in quick and very friendly gents in the waiting room. Cost was much cheaper than the dealerships and would go again! They even were curious on why I was getting some of the work done. Planned on keeping the car until it dies is why. Thanks again!

Very professional and very honest I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the service I received and my car was finished in a week of dropping it off and I had a very extensive repair. I got an oil change on my Chevy Trax. I parked in back of the building because the front lot was packed. A courteous young man (I don't know his name) escorted me through the warehouse at the back of the building to the lobby where he checked me in on the computer. The oil change was completed within 45 minutes, which was wonderful. Thank you for your awesome service, young man at South Street Auto Care!
