I brought in my older Hyundai Sonata because while attempting to change the license plate, I seared off one of the mounting bolts and stripped the other. It took around 40 minutes for the mechanic to drill out the two bolts and install the new plate, and the service manager offered to charge me only $30 even though their bill rate is $100/hour. While there, I also had them perform an oil change and replace filters. Total cost: $90. Both the service manager and mechanic were professional, courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with South Street and I shall send them more business in the future.

This is my second time at South Street and once again they did delivered great work! Karly (my rep) did a great job explaining all costs, estimated time for repairs, gave me information on repair priority, and got me into one of their free loaner cars. I also did a ride along with a friendly technician who made sure he was addressing the specific concerns I reported. While they had my vehicle I got several updates on the status of repairs. Very impressed with South Street and highly recommend taking a vehicle for there for service.

I have never had better customer service from an auto repair service. As they could not locate me a loaner in time, without me asking they rushed the work thru to finish by the end of the day so I would not be without a car. Well done.

Initial phone call and visit were a pleasant experience. The repair discussed was exactly what happened. Everyone was friendly. No more dealership for me.
