Great and friendly service. Also surprisingly quick.

Our car had some issues with heat and A/C, also a thud we couldn't figure out. Turns out the thud was a broken part of the suspension and the was a whole lot of little things wrong with the Heating and A/C of the car. Drake did a great job of communicating the problems, the fixes, how long things would take to get done, provided a loaner for the few days we needed it and what could be considered reasonable given the amount of work that had to be done to get to the parts! Also the 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty adds a great deal of comfort which you can't even get from the dealership! That is how confident they are in the work they do! Great job and thank you.
