I don't love cars. Often times I walk into an auto repair shop and I am made to feel like a fool. This is not the case at Southstreet Auto Care. I was absolutely impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness, communication and how helpful they were. Every step of the way, I was told exactly what was going on and what would be the best course of action. In the office, I talked to all the members of the team at the desk and they were extremely friendly. In addition to this, I was very worried about how I would be able to get around during the time my car was being worked on. Their free loaner program made my life so much easier. I am very thankful for them and would go back there in an instant.

As usual, Service was fast, complete, and the entire process was delivered with courtesy, professionalism and humor.

I had never gone here before but the people were so nice and explained exactly what was wrong with my exhaust system, and even showed me pictures on the computer. I had no appt but still managed to have my exhaust replaced that same day. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back in the future.

I took my 1997 Cavalier to South Street Auto Care for a brake emergency. They did a great job of repairing the brake system and identifying a couple other problems that need attention because of the age of the vehicle. Service follow up with the customer was great and prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to us them again.
