I couldn't be more pleased with the service and professionalism at South Street Auto. My vehicle is approaching the 80k mile mark and requiring more attention than ever, so I've had several occasions to work with the South Street team since referral by a friend last year. Each and every interaction has been positive with clear, respectful communication. (Thank you Brett, Drake, Carly and Rob!) Most recently, I had the shocks and struts replaced on my car. WOW! Because the repair wasn't a matter of safety, I considered putting off the expense. So glad I didn't wait. (Thank you, Carly, for clearly explaining the expected outcome.) I had begun to believe my ageing Volvo was simply less sturdy than it once was. I was wrong! With Michigan roads in the condition they are, it didn't take long to notice the post-repair improvement. Friendly and professional service. Electrical problems are always a challenge. They made sue it wasn't something simple before having to replace an expensive control module.
