The South Street Auto Care staff members were engaged and unfailingly polite, both on the telephone and in person. My vehicle was serviced expeditiously and benefited from a complimentary safety check. This was my first experience with South Street Auto Care and I fully intend to return for future automotive service.

CALLED ON MONDAY THEY SAID TO BRING IN THURSDAY. THEY GOT BACK TO US THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. SO IT TOOK A WHILE TO LOOK AT. I BROUGHT IT IN TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION LOOKED AT AND A FEW OTHER THINGS. MY HUSBAND TOLD THEM IT ACTS UP AT HIGHER SPEEDS LIKE WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY. HE SAID IT A FEW TIMES. THERE WAS A CHARGE TO LOOK AT THE CAR AND WE AGREED TO PAY. NORMALLY I DONT HAVE TO PAY TO GET MY CAR LOOKED AT. SO WHEN THEY CALLED TO TELL US WHAT THEY FOUND THEY SAID NOTHING WRONG WITH TRANSMISSION. HOWEVER MY HUSBAND ASKED IF HE WENT ON HIGHWAY AND HE SAID NO. WE HAVE TO CHARGE MORE TO TEST ON HIGHWAY. SO I SAID I WILL GET MY CAR NOW THANK YOU AND WILL TAKE TO ANOTHER PLACE THAT WON'T CHARGE ME TO LOOK AT, DO A COMPLETE INSPECTION AND WONT HOLD FOR 5 DAYS

Great service as always. Have been coming here for years. This is where I always go for auto service when I am out of warranty!

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. My repai was expensive, but they were much for reasonable than other shops. They provided me with a free loaner as well. I felt that they were honest- they didn’t give me a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed... they fixed what was needed. Overall, I’m so pleased that my friend recommended this shop. They will be my new “go to” place!

great customer care and very informative throughout the process. the service rep recommend that I did NOT spend the money on a repair until a alter date when it was actually necessary. It is refreshing not to be sold unnecessary repair work
