my vehicle needed the regular oil change, and I was referred there from another satisfied customer that has been using this shop for past ten years. I found them friendly, and able to explain other questions I had about my vehicle. They will be my "to go" shop car maintenance.

It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at South Street Auto Care; but it is not a pleasure to go to my dealership down the block. Service providers at SS welcome me in a friendly, professional manner and we might even share a laugh or two. Each time I go there I feel like I am visiting friends who fix my car. This is a terrific auto care service!

I recently brought my 2011 Buick in for service due to an overheating problem. The mechanics at South Street diagnosed a leaking water pump that would run $800.00 to fix. Since I approved the repair it would have been easy for them to fix my car and collect the fee, but the mechanic did additional research on the problem and discovered that GM covered this problem with an extended warranty. South Street informed me that I could get this fixed free of charge at the dealer and also Robert helped me with a ride to get the car moved to the dealer. It is not easy to find this kind of customer service and I truly appreciate the honesty of South Street Auto Care. It is the reason I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 15 years and it is the reason I only trust South Street with my auto repairs. I always recommend South Street to my friends and family.

I was able to get right in and am happy with the results. The staff are all very helpful. I like knowing my car is in good hands and I can trust the work they do.

I was so pleased to have your service, when I needed it most. On 12-21-15, I broughmy 2011 Mariner in with several problems. Mike greeted me and made me feel at ease immediately, with his calm manner amid my frenzy to get my car fixed. He explained the process, and even offered me a free loaner car. That was so necessary, because I had many things to do before Christmas. Later on, he called me to tell me that the issue was still under warranty, even though I had already taken my car in for repair on a recall. Well, he told me to contact the dealer, which I did and everything was covered and the car was fixed the same day. I was willing to come back and have South Street fix it, I would trust you more than a dealer. If Mike had not told me it should be covered, I would have been spent about $480 unnecessarily. Thank you for all the help you gave me and especially to Mike, who really made my day! I will always be a customer for life!

Friendly staff, but after a full diagnostic check and several recommended repairs, the vehicle is not worth fixing.

Always a pleasure dealing with these guys.....even when they have to deliver bad news about my car. I appreciate the opportunity to have a loaner car when the repairs take awhile.
