After 3 years in the Rochester area, I am still looking for that auto serviec center that is my no-questions, go-to place. South Street Autocare does care about their customers and quality work. I brought my car in for a simple oil change & tire rotate. They had some trouble with my wheel locks, but they resolved it and completed the work with no upsell - my #1 peeve. I will bring my other cars here for work. So far, SSA is still in the running for the go-to place.

A brake line issue was caught during a routine oil change and I'm grateful that it was caught before an accident occurred or a tow charge incurred. A loaner car was provided at no cost which I greatly appreciated.
