After 3 years in the Rochester area, I am still looking for that auto serviec center that is my no-questions, go-to place. South Street Autocare does care about their customers and quality work. I brought my car in for a simple oil change & tire rotate. They had some trouble with my wheel locks, but they resolved it and completed the work with no upsell - my #1 peeve. I will bring my other cars here for work. So far, SSA is still in the running for the go-to place.

A brake line issue was caught during a routine oil change and I'm grateful that it was caught before an accident occurred or a tow charge incurred. A loaner car was provided at no cost which I greatly appreciated.

Great experience - even from the initial phone call...these guys are top-notch: explained everything (even captured live videos using a scope), recommended necessary vs. unneeded work, and picked up/dropped off both my baby and I!

I'm completely satisfied with the maintenance service.

It was a tough find, but South Street Auto found the reason for the check engine light. Although I would have liked the car back sooner, I know finding things can take a bit of time. I do appreciate all of other things that you did with the shocks, struts, computer reprogramming, etc. I like the warranty that is given as well.
